Breakfast is 7.30-8.30am Monday-Friday, & 7.30-9am Saturday & Sunday.
Please fill out the online breakfast form the night before here. Please refrain from eating or drinking in your room.
Checkout is at 10am.
Due to our remote location and stone walls we have limited internet bandwidth and no wifi in your room. We recommend a digital detox during your stay however there is wifi in the communal areas. Please respect others by not playing music or videos and keep noise to a minimum in your room.

Our water comes straight out the ground mountain fresh and naturally treated from a private borehole. As such we would kindly ask that you conserve water where possible (eg. turn the tap off while brushing your teeth. The hot water can sometimes take a while to come through the taps. We would request you refrain from using plastic bottles and re-fill when possible.
The towels are for use in your room only. We have an off grid treatment plant for waste water so please only flush toilet paper (no sanitary items, wet wipes, etc., use the bin provided). The window is only for emergency access outside, but turning the handle half way will allow it to tilt open.
Our garden is there for your enjoyment so please head out and explore. The loch side can be accessed through the trees in front of the house. There are no paths and it's wild in places so take care as it can be slippery and stay well away from any fallen trees. There are ticks in the tall plants so we advise you tuck trousers into socks and check yourself when you get back (please ask for advice on their removal if required). Please remove outdoor shoes and outer clothing in the hall.
We are happy to dry items if you get caught in wet weather.
